How To Order

Ordering a custom surfboard has never been more fun! All you have to do to begin is select from one of the board models in our range.

If you’re unsure about the correct volume required for your ability, you can fill out your profile on the “Volume Calculator”, which will help in determining your requirements and recommend certain models that match your profile. You can then customise it every way possible to suit your liking. 

Within the Board Builder you’re able to drag and place logos into position.

There are set logo positions. If you wish to chose a different position we will confirm approval once your order has been submitted.

There are 3 styles of logos. Logo styles cannot be mixed.

Please make sure you’re 100% happy with your custom design, before you submit your order, as changes to your order after submission may be very difficult! Once you’ve submitted your order, we will check everything for approval and accuracy.

From that point on we will keep you updated on your order's progress, as well as answer any questions you may have.

The average lead-time for production is around 8 weeks, although this will vary depending on demand, so best to check in first for current lead times. If any colour or artwork is requested or if it’s an epoxy construction please allow a further 1-2 weeks to the completion time.

Please ask us as many questions you may have prior to submitting your order to ensure satisfaction and accuracy. Paying the deposit will confirm the order. If you cancel your custom order after submission the deposit will be lost.

Upon completion, custom surfboards can be picked up from our factory store location or we can ship it to you (shipping fees will be charged).

Care has been taken to ensure that the colour representation of the artwork on your surfboard is as accurate as possible, however, colours on surfboards shipped may vary from colours ordered due to countless factors such as variations in computer screen resolutions, differences in colour modes on image files, browsers, palettes, printer’s ink, etc. Such variances in colours do not constitute acceptable grounds for return.
